Job Purpose
As a Junior Operator – Production, your role is to execute production operations in line with safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) requirements to meet manufacturing targets in your shift.
Accountabilities
- Operate the equipment efficiently: Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) to operate the equipment without errors and deviations to meet shift targets.
- Provide suggestions for process optimization: Continuously analyze processes and provide suggestions for optimization to ensure the manufacture of quality products.
- Execute and update online documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to meet cGMP requirements (current Good Manufacturing Practice).
- Deliver training and adhere to guidelines: Provide training to workmen and adhere to cGMP and safety guidelines during the production process to ensure smooth operations.
Education Qualification
Diploma in Pharmacy / Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Work Experience
2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
