Job title: Executive- QC
Experience: B. Pharm/ M. Pharm/ B.Sc./M.Sc.
Job Responsibilities
- To follow current GMP, safety & GLP norms in the laboratory testing areas respectively.
- Keep current knowledge of the policies, procedures, and regulations of quality control work and techniques, personnel policies, and procedures.
- Conducting routine analysis of water, raw materials, Packing materials, finished product and Stability Products.
- Preparation, standardization and maintenance of reagents, volumetric solutions and indicators as per Standard Test Procedure.
- Responsible for calibration of instrument/ equipment and maintenance of Internal and External Calibration records.
- Responsible for procurement, maintenance, and qualification of laboratory standards as applicable.
- Preparation of Specifications, MOA and Analyst worksheets.
- Maintenance of laboratory cleanliness and its records.
- Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of Documents storage room and document destruction.
- To ensure GxP compliance
- Responsible for receipt and inward of incoming materials.
- Any other work assigned by the Manager/ section head.
