Role Summary: The role involves performing Analytical R&D tasks such as method development, validation, transfer, in-process/complete analysis, and stability studies. The incumbent will also undertake other essential duties as assigned, ensuring adherence to quality and safety compliance per organizational policies and regulatory guidance.
Role Responsibilities:
- Identify and lead the implementation of technical programs/projects for improving or modernizing technologies related to analytical methods.
- Conduct method development using Chromatography & wet chemistry.
- Perform spectroscopic characterization and verification of materials following Pfizer SOPs/Tools.
- Ensure compliance with local and corporate procedures, maintaining data integrity as per Good Documentation Practice.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for the timely execution and resolution of deliverables against target milestones.
Basic Qualifications:
- Master’s in Chemistry or Analytical Chemistry.
- Demonstrated technical expertise with a successful track record in the development, remediation, validation, and transfer of analytical methods.
- Experience in analytical equipment, process qualifications, and validation activities.
- Exercise judgment, knowledge, and experience to define project courses of action, resource requirements, and priorities.
