Job Description:
- Monitoring of Samples and Process Emissions: Analysis of effluents generated by the processes such as Liquid, Solid & Gas emissions as per procedures and to provide timely, accurate results and provide feedback to HOD/SH for any deviation for Environmental compliance.
- Chemicals & Reagents: Develop list of chemicals and reagents, check list for standard solution, preparation schedule, monitor as per requirement, maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of all chemicals, solution and reagents.
- Calibration of Instrument: Monitor calibration status and implement calibration schedule in co-ordination with concern personnel, Maintaining the accuracy of equipment’s by calibrating the as per defined intervals.
- Certificate of Analysis: Ensure each export as well as domestic consignment have certificate of analysis having quality parameter as per customer requirement.
- Counter Sample: Responsible for preservation of counter sample of finished goods after test, sample collected during dispatch or joint inspection by third party or sample collected by other agencies during inspection.
- Safety Management (Safety, Sustainability & WCM): Ensure availability of MSDS for all chemicals uses in QC/QA, chemicals storage as per their compatibility and suitability, adhere to quality systems in the section for improving performance as per quality and environmental standards.
Qualifications: Master of Sci-Honors
Minimum Experience Level: 3-5 Years
