Freshers Job Executive – Q.C. at Pirmal For B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical)

As an Executive – Q.C., you will be responsible for performing chemical and instrumentation analysis for various stages of our production process. Your attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines will be crucial in ensuring the timely dispatch of our products.
Job Description
- Perform chemical and instrumentation analysis for in-process, raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, and finished products
- Allot work to the chemist within the raw material section
- Perform calibrations of instruments in the raw material section
- Maintain documentation online
- Maintain minimum stock for working standards, reference standards, and impurity standards
- Keep instruments neat and clean and ensure overall housekeeping in the FP section
- Review analytical data, calibration data, and qualification data
- Maintain all instruments within calibrated status
- Analyze, review, and release on time to support production
- Reduce lab incidences, repeat analysis, and ensure no Data Integrity issues
- Monitor real-time data
- Review analytical data received from external laboratory
- Maintain calibration certificates, qualification certificates, standard weight certificates, and working/reference standard certificates
- Maintain consumption records and traceability of working/reference standards
- Conduct OOS investigations, deviations, and CAPA implementations
- Review SOPs, test procedures, and specifications
- Provide training on GLP/GMP to employees
- Release batches in a timely manner to meet site requirements
- Prepare COA’s as per customer requirement
- Approve/reject batches in SAP
- Control costs and operate within the approved budget
- Maintain instruments in working condition and reduce breakdown time
- Carry out analytical method transfers
- Keep critical spare parts of instruments
- Maintain safe working conditions and clean environmental practices
- Use required safety appliances in the section
- Coordinate with QA/Production/PPIC/Warehouse/TSD for smooth dispatches
- Train contract persons and helpers on glassware cleaning
Qualifications: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Tech (Chemical)
