Job Description
Jubilant Life Sciences Limited is seeking a Research Associate – Chemical to work in their Research & Development department. The main purpose of this role is to develop economically feasible and non-infringing processes for new and existing products in the CPC Business at Bharuch.
Key Accountabilities
- Provide plant support activities for existing products of Unit-2
- Carry out lab experiments as per process requirements
- Investigate reasons for failure of quality and yield in existing products
- Work closely with plant, IPQC, and QA to understand process deviations
- Maintain laboratory practices and IMS standards
Education & Experience
Educational Qualification (Highest): M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry
Experience Range: 2-5 years
Desirable Experience: 2-5 years in process development of fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, and agrochemicals, specifically chlorinated products of aromatic and heteroaromatic compounds.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Process Chemistry
- Knowledge of developing impurities
- Proven track record in the field with sound knowledge of Organic Chemistry
- Good command over recent developments in the relevant field
