Applications are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the following position at National Institute of Animal Biotechnology (NIAB), Hyderabad.

Project Title: Deciphering Chromatin-mediated mechanisms of transcription regulation in Apicomplexan Parasite Theileria annulata
PI: Dr. Paresh Sharma.
Tenable upto: 01 Year.
Eligibility:
Post Graduate Degree in life sciences OR Graduate/Post Graduate degree in professional course. M.V.Sc./M.Tech./MSc./M.Pharm Degree in Biotechnology Biochemistry/Microbiology/Immunology with first division. The candidate should have minimum two-year research experience preferably as JRF (Eligibility criteria as per DST OM No.SR/S9/Z05/2019 dated 10.07.2020). Candidates with prior experience in molecular biology, gene cloning, protein purification, gene editing, microscopy, Flowcytometry analysis and cell culture techniques will be preferred.
Fellowship amount: Candidates with NET will be paid Rs. 35,000/-PM+24% HRA PM as per the DST guidelines. However, Non NET candidates can also apply who will be paid as
per their eligibility as per the DST guidelines.Age: 35 years (Relaxation is admissible as per Government instructions)

Candidates must fill online application form at www.niab.res.in. Candidates are advised to fill the online application form in sufficient time before the last date to avoid last minute technical issues. No need to send hard copy. Interim enquiries will not be entertained. Suitable candidates will be screened, intimated through email and interviewed by duly constituted selection committee through online mode. Original documents in support of date of birth, educational qualifications and experience certificates are required to be submitted at time of joining.
