Role – Characterization of Peptides & small molecules with LC-HRMS/MS
Level – Deputy Mgr / Associate Mgr level – API Analytical R&D :-
Responsibilities
- Characterization of peptides and small molecules with Liquid Chromatography and High-resolution mass spectrometry (LC-HRMS, LC-MS/MS) for structural elucidation, impurities profiling.
- Spectroscopy (UV-Visible, Circular Dichroism, Spectrofluorometer), Capillary Electrophoresis, and analytical method development, method validation. Impurities profiling and characterization of peptides impurities, small molecules with LC-HRMS and tandem mass spectrometry.
- Knowledge of liquid chromatography, ionization, mass spectrometry fundamentals, general analytical chemistry is must for characterization of small and large molecules.
- Method development and method validation for characterization of peptides on spectroscopy (UV-Visible, CD, Fluorescence, etc) and capillary electrophoresis instruments.
Eligbility Criteria:
• Ph.D. with Chemistry/ Analytical Chemistry with 4 to 8 yrs Exp.
