•Lead research project under the two electroplating TLA
•Research & Develop electrolyte for new coating chemistries
•Scale up the developments to pilot, demo and commercial scale and coordination for customer trial
•Guiding in operation of the bench, pilot, demo and commercial scale lines along with vendor partners and TSL consultants
•Assist in line trials with the new technology along with TSL collaborator
•Leading independently research project
•Research & Develop electrolyte for new coating chemistries
•Scale up the developments to pilot, demo and commercial scale and coordination for customer trial
•Coordination with M&S and PAG for customer trial
•Completion of R&D projects on time
