Research Programme in Sciences / Engineering Science under Academy of Scientific & Innovative Research (AcSIR).
CSIR-CFTRI under AcSIR invites applications from eligible Candidates for full-time Doctoral (Ph.D.) Research Programme in Sciences / Engineering Sciences for January 2024 session with the following eligibility requisites:
1. Ph.D. Sciences (Biological and Chemical): Regular
Masters degree in Science with minimum 55% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade for General (UR)/General-EWS and minimum 50% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade
for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST, Third gender and Persons with Disability (PwD). The applicant should have a valid Nationallevel Fellowship (JRF/ SRF of any funding agency, e.g. CSIR, UGC, DBT, DST, etc.) or any other equivalent fellowship like DBT-BET, INSPIRE, RGNF, etc.2. Ph.D. Sciences (Biological and Chemical): Sponsored
Masters degree in Science with minimum 55% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade for General (UR)/General-EWS and minimum 50% marks (without rounding off) or equivalent grade for OBC (NCL)/SC/ST, Third Gender and Persons with Disability (PwD). Endorsement (NOC) from the current employer is mandatory.

Selection:
Selection for admission to Ph.D. programmes of AcSIR at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru shall be on the basis of Aptitude tests/Interviews of shortlisted Candidates to be held at CSIR-CFTRI, Mysuru. Candidates are advised to visit the AcSIR website for dates of interview.
No TA & DA shall be paid to the shortlisted Candidates for attending the Aptitude tests/interviews at CSIRCFTRI, Mysuru. Further, they should make their own arrangements for accommodation and food.
