KRA 4: Should have good presentation skill and knowledge about safety standards.
KRA 5: ISO/WCM/BIS/NABL documentation and implementation.
KRA 6 Cost effective raw mix designing and improvement in product quality for customer satisfaction
KRA 7 Maintaining quality of cement as per agreed norms.
KRA 8 Have a very sound knowledge of calibration of XRF
KRA 9 PP bag testing and fuel testing.
