Experience:
5+ years of experience in Intellectual Property Management for Biological Products
About the job
1.End to End Freedom to Operate for Biologic drugs
- Understand Product and process attributes including methods and formulation.
Interact with R&D, Product and Business development and Regulatory functions. - Patent search & Monitor on paid and free national and global database including ones.
- Identify asses the blocking patents, determine the expiry and develop FTO reports and provide necessary inputs to relevant stake holders.
2.Patent filing and Prosecutional activities
- Interact with R&D.
- Understand invention.
- Draft provisional, PCT and National phase applications and Reply to Office Actions.
3. Manage and maintain Trademark portfolio
- Search for availability on regional and global databases
- Facilitate in filing through external attorney
- Track, maintain and update the portfolio
