- Applications/Software – JMP, Excel, Tabulae (preferred)
Job Description
Purpose
-The role is responsible for Bath Chemical analysis of Anodizing line and related analysis and ensure data driven FACA and decisions
Key Responsibility
Chemical lab
- To maintain safe working environment in process area by implementation of 6S
- Ensure Ano chemical lab activities and analysis as per SOP or Trial component shall meet as per schedule, so that the overall production or Trial plan of the organisation is met.
- Execute / Implement / track chemical analysis matrix or Trial activity, ensure that products meet quality standards as described into the work documents.
Troubleshooting
Ensure Data driven FACA is implemented
Coordination with QC
- Should act like bridge between Process and Quality.
- Should have close monitoring on changes in process to be communicated to QC
Production Process Sustenance
- Should communicate with Production team on trends for Line Parameters and Lab analysis Control Charts
Leadership
- Team work, Pioneering, Ownership, time management
Systems skill
- Advance excel, PPT, word
