Responsibilities for Production Officer at Solvay:

  • Adhering to basic discipline with respect to shift duty and reporting any deviations to the Supervisor/Manager.
  • Considering Safety as top priority in each and every job that is assigned to you.
  • Taking up assigned responsibility for effective production management in shifts.
  • Managing shift-related activities for the plant , like handling and accounting of raw materials, finished products, intermediates
  • Monitoring process and carrying out operations strictly following the SOP and directions from the Plant supervisor from time to time to adapt of any recent changes, mainly focusing on the Safety aspect.
  • Reporting any observed deviations in and around the plant, taking care of and protecting yourself and the people and assets around you.
  • Taking assigned training from time to time

Essential Qualifications:

Education : B.Sc , M.Sc Chemistry

Experience : 6-10 years

Age between : 27 to 30

Expertise/Experiences :

  • Shop floor Production Management in shifts
  • Basic Knowledge of Chemicals
  • Appropriate us of PPE’s
  • Working in team
