Job Title: Process Engineering- Officer/ Sr. officer/ Executive/ Sr. Executive

Location: Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh, India

Eligbility Criteria – Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. (Chemical)

Experience – 2 – 6 years

Job responsibilities:

• To prepare process flow chart, P&IDs. Carry out and study the mass and heat transfer calculations.
• To select the plant equipment’s to get consistent quality, yield, reproducibility and smooth operations.
• To calculate utility heat load of product & solvents to check feasibility in allocated areas.
• To support the outsourcing department in terms of technical activity like (Equipment selection, capacity, heat load and per Kg cost comparison calculation) as per agreements.
• To work on capacity debottlenecking / enhancement projects for allocated products.
• To identify areas of cost reduction and carry out all functions in cost effective manner as well as to assist plant operations for efficiency improvement program for cost reduction and productivity improvements.
• Work on solvent recovery areas and improve recovery efficiency and also identify newer solvents for recovery and reuse.
  Implementation of new technology in shop floor & arrange pilot plant trails.
• To prepare URS for new projects, equipments and technologies and handover to Project department.
• To carry out HAZOP studies along with E.H.S., Production and R&D department.
• To work on Particle size improvement projects.
