A Walk-in-Interview for Project Fellow Position Under RUSA 2 .0 ENTREPRENEUR IN
RESIDENCE (EIR) SCHEME will be held at the III Floor Seminar Hall of Science Campus ,

Project Title: Developing..solid-State Li-ion Battery for Electric Mobility
PI: Dr. P. Shakkthivel
No.of posts: 01 –(M Sc., Chemistry/
NanoScience and Technology)
Qualification: First Class M.Sc., in the relevant discipline or equivalent from a recognized
University. Preference will be given to the candidates with research experience in the relevant theme.
Fellowship: Rs. 12,000 pm for 3 months (extension will be provided on the basis of
outcome/performance)

- Can you tell us about your educational background and relevant experience for this Project Fellow position?
Answer: Yes, I have completed my M.Sc. in Chemistry/NanoScience and Technology with a first-class degree from a recognized university. I have also gained research experience in the relevant theme, which I believe makes me an eligible candidate for this position.
2. What motivated you to apply for this particular project?
Answer: As an individual who has a keen interest in developing new technologies and their applications, I find the project’s objective of developing a solid-state Li-ion battery for electric mobility very intriguing. I believe this project has the potential to contribute to the field of sustainable energy and make a significant impact on the society.
3. What specific skills do you bring to this project?
Answer: I have extensive knowledge in chemistry, particularly in materials synthesis and characterization. I have also worked on projects related to energy storage systems, which has equipped me with the necessary skills to contribute to this project. Additionally, I have excellent communication skills and can work effectively in a team.
4. Can you describe your research experience and how it will benefit this project?
Answer: During my academic and professional career, I have gained research experience in developing and characterizing materials for energy storage devices. I have worked on various projects related to battery technology, including lithium-ion and sodium-ion batteries. I believe my experience will enable me to contribute to the development and testing of the solid-state Li-ion battery for electric mobility.
5. What are your future career aspirations, and how does this project align with them?
Answer: My long-term career goal is to contribute to the development of sustainable and renewable energy technologies. This project aligns with my aspirations as it focuses on developing an eco-friendly energy storage system. If selected, I hope to learn and gain experience that will contribute to achieving my future career aspirations.
