Eligbility Criteria & Experience:
Bachelors in any stream (Pharma preferred), Masters would be advantageous
- 8-10 years of experience in driving Transitions, largely for Pharma and Medical devices clients
- PMP certification preferred
Skills:
- End to end Transition Managemen
- Strong project management
- Ability to build strong relationships with client
- Very strong communication skills
- Understand Sales and Delivery activities
- Ability to participate in small and large RFPs to build Transition solution
- Ability to mentor junior transition managers
- Skilled in MS Powerpoint, Excel, MPP, Word etc.

- Responsible for leading a team of transition managers and take accountability for the success of the projects
