M.Sc / PhD in Chemistry.
Experience: 5 to 10 Years experience in technical services with expertise in silicone/coating Industries.
Job Highlights
- Understand customer requirement of releasing agents (tyre/mould), with due evaluation, application requirements, select the right product/go for product development approach with technical team.
- Coordinate with the procurement team, technical sourcing for raw materials/technical alternative, approval with the application technology team.
- Recommend for new formulation/changes in the formula, evaluate the product trial testing results and advice for improvements in releasing agents.
- Introduce new releasing agents products in customer, application trial and approval process for the same.
- Identify new technologies in the Tyre Industry & develop/implent products accordingly.
- Troubleshooting/customer complaints handling for releasing agents products.
