Eligbility Criteria/Skills & Experience:
• Ph.D./Masters’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Sciences, Materials Science
•Minimum 3 years (PhD) and minimum 5 years (masters) of experience in the development of adhesives formulations, testing validation and structure-property relationships
•Strong oral and written communication skills, report preparation on experimental data, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
•Design and implement experiments, support product scale up and commercialization
•Service delivery-oriented mindset, adaptability, agility
•Motivated, self-starter with strong initiative, participation and team collaboration

Responsibilties:
•Manage, lead and execute adhesive formulation MOC projects for several SBUs/ technologies
•Strong drive for project delivery, excellent collaboration and engagement with internal/external customers, functions globally across regions to ensure
on-time execution of projects•Prepare professional project reports and communicate results/findings to relevant groups
•Support logistical requirements, proactive planning and problem solving for project completion
•Support documentation for audit certifications (IATF, ISO, etc) as and when required
•Support implementation of Henkel SHE Q and 5S standards in lab and contribute to safe work environment
•Support execution of equipment CAPEX projects and commissioning
