LOCATION: Roorkee – Plant, IND

Education Qualification

• Chemist – DCT
• D. Pharm

Desired Certifications :

Experience Range :

• 2-4 years

No. of years post Highest Qualification :

• 2-4 years

Desirable Experience :

• 2-4 years in the production area of a pharmaceutical company

Job Context:

To effectively produce quality products meeting regulatory requirements utilizing the technical expertise on machine operation & its maintenance.

Challenges:

• Judicious monitoring of machines and equipment.
• Real time reporting of any variance noticed

Scope of Work: 

• Operation and cleaning of inspection machines & manual inspection
• Operation and cleaning of printing machine
• Operation, cleaning maintenance of other machines in the production area
• Online monitoring of the environmental condition
• Calibration and verification of the balances used in the process area
• Check and verify the cleaning, sanitization and drain sanitization activity done by housekeeping personnel
• Operation and cleaning of coating solution preparation and storage vessel
• Operation and cleaning of CIP
• Cleaning of equipment
• Initiate the maintenance demo during equipment breakdown
• Troubleshooting of the equipment during the process
• Maintaining the daily equipment log and documents in the process area
• Maintaining staging area
• Area maintenance as per cGMP
