Job Title: Senior Scientist R&D Analytical
Location: Bangalore
Eligbility Criteria:
Master’s Degree in Chemistry or other related Science discipline and 3+ years in (bio)analytical or (bio)pharmaceutical testing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Chemistry or other related Science discipline
- Experience in clinical or bioanalytical mass spectrometry or (bio)pharmaceuticals
- Expertise in method development (LC, GC) in pharmaceutical environment
- Experience with method validation and technology transfer
- Demonstrated motivation, ability to learn new techniques, and to collaborate and communicate well with others
- Experience in working with regulated methods (USP, Pharm. Eur., IP etc.)
- Experience with product development
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage your time and to manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate with peers are critical to succeed in this role.
Your Role
- In this role, you will be responsible for the development of analytical methods, applications and workflows as well as product development and design. You will collaborate globally, with colleagues from R&D, marketing, sales and customers on multiple aspects, including method development, testing and training. You must be motivated to both learn from others, communicate on multiple levels, and effectively transfer knowledge and processes to others. Come be a part of an experienced international, dynamic, and collaborative team.
- The Analytical R&D lab at the Bangalore site supports analytical product and application development e.g., HPLC, GC, TLC and respective consumables. In addition, this lab is responsible for the support of various customer-oriented functions such as marketing, commercials and sales to ensure growth of respective business areas.
