Eligibility Criteria:
Master’s degree in the area of Chemistry or Bachelor’s degree in the area of Chemistry with experience of at least 2 years.
Previous Experience
Experience in Exterior paint formulation will be preferred

Primary Responsibilties:
- Processing of paint batch in lab-scale and its testing
- Alternate Raw material evaluation
- Assist in process scale-up.
- Attending customer complaints
- Investigating manufacturing-related issues
- Carry out Literature search & generate new ideas
Key Performace Indicator:
New product development & Cost savings in existing product formulations.
