National Fertilizers Limited (NFL), a Mini-Ratna, premier profit-making Central Public Sector
Undertaking engaged in manufacturing and marketing of fertilizers and other agricultural inputs. With the objective of having a pan India presence, the Company has forayed into production of agrichemical molecules and is looking for experienced professionals for engagement on a contract basis at Bathinda Unit.

SCOPE OF WORK:-
The experienced professionals are required for pre-commissioning /commissioning and operation of newly set up agrochemical plant at Bathinda
Elibgility Criteria: B.Sc. with Chemistry as one subject
Experience: 03 years experience in the analysis of technical/formulations of Agrochemicals in Agrochemical Manufacturing Plant.
Age Limit: Age of the candidates shall not exceed 62 years as on 01.03.2022.
CUT OFF DATE FOR RECKONINGELIGIBILITY shall be 01.03.2022 for all purposes of this
advertisement.
Period of Engagement: The engagement shall be on a contract basis initially for a period of one year only from the date of their joining. The engagement can be extended for a further period of 1 year at the sole discretion of Management based on administrative requirement and /or their performance. The services of the above
incumbents may be terminated at any point of time without assigning any reason therefor.Salary: Rs.40,000/- per month
Accommodation:
The engaged person shall be entitled for accommodation in NFL, Township, Bathinda on payment of Normal License Fee, as applicable to regular employees during the period of engagement. B-type „quarters‟ to Sr. Consultant/ Consultants may be allowed. However, water and electricity charges shall be borne by the individual. No HRA shall be admissible, in case the candidate refuses to avail the allotted accommodation in NFL Township.
Leave:
1 days Leave per month on a pro-rata basis shall be admissible during the period of engagement.
Selection Procedure:
Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be provisionally shortlisted and called for personal interviews. Selection shall be made according to merit drawn on the basis of the performance of shortlisted candidates in the interview process to be held at NFL Bathinda. Candidates are required to qualify in the Personal Interview with a minimum average of 50% marks. No Travelling Allowance would be payable for attending the interview or joining/reporting for duty upon selection.

2. Incomplete/Unsigned application proforma OR application not in prescribed proforma OR
application not supported by self-attested copies of relevant documents OR not fulfilling the
eligibility criteria OR application received at any other address of NFL other than as mentioned at sl. no. K (1) OR application received after due date shall be summarily ‘Rejected’ and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard
3. Scrutiny and shortlisting of applications would be done on the basis of documents enclosed with the prescribed application form. No interim correspondence by the candidates regarding availability/non – availability of documents would be entertained. Accordingly, candidates are advised to enclose all relevant documents along with the hardcopy of the application form. All communications with the candidates would be made on the e-mail id submitted by them in their application proforma.
General Instructions:
1. Canvassing in any form shall disqualify the candidate for the subject engagement.
2. Only short-listed candidates who are found eligible based on the application submitted will be called for participating in the Selection Process. In case the applicant does not receive any communication within 90 days from the date of publication of this advertisement, it may be presumed that he/she has not been short-listed for the Selection Process.
