Elibgility Criteria:
- Ph.D. – Fresher or 1-year relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry principles
- Strong analytical and computer skills
Experience: Freshers or 1 year Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
Responsibilities;
- Reviewing the Literature and proposing cost-effective and non-infringing ROS for process development
- Designing experiments in order to develop the safest, scalable and robust process as per process governance (lab feasibility, optimization, prevalidation, CPP, and validation)
- Interpretation of experimental results and propose process improvements (quality, yield, cost, etc)
- Well versed with troubleshooting of plant processes
- Resource and Time Management
Preparing reports on project status and updating regularly - Preparing and training of cGMP procedures
- Preparing and training of Safety procedures
- Supporting KGL/MS&T departments in resolving all the issues during scale-up and suggesting modifications in order to develop a scalable and robust process
- Technology transfer at manufacturing scale in plant and preparation of required documentation to shop floor for smooth launching of products.
- Technical support to the manufacturing team for smooth launching of products
Co-ordinate with external customers/Vendors etc - Prepare and review necessary guidelines/ SOP/Technology transfer activities.
- Train newly joined personnel Ensure effective safety system implemented in premises
