Govt Institute of Life Sciences – Chemistry Facility in-charge Vacancy
Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from eligible Indian Nationals for the following positions. Check out all the details on the same below:
Job Title: Operator (Facility in-charge) (01 positions)
Job Profile:
• Regular operation, upkeep, and maintenance of in-house protein X-ray Diffraction facility and crystallization robot
• Assist in crystallization screening and protein X-ray diffraction data collection
• The selected candidate will have the opportunity to do projects along with other lab members
Eligbility Criteria:
Masters degree in Chemistry, Physics or an allied subject. Candidates having prior experience working with a protein X-ray Diffraction facility will be given preference. Training will be provided, if necessary.
Salary: A fixed and consolidated salary of Rs. 30,000/- per month to be provided in the first year.
Age Limit:
The candidate should be below 35 years in age, as on 01.March.2022.
Selection will be carried out through application screening, followed by an interview process.

The decision of the Director regarding the selection of the candidates will be final and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
