Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in any engineering field preferably Chemical/ Drug Regulatory
• Bachelors in Science/Masters in Science (BSc, MSc) Chemistry, Biology, agriculture
• Bachelors in Pharma/Masters in Pharma (B Pharm, M Pharm)
• Minimum 3+ years of Regulatory Experience.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge in SAP EHS Product Safety Module
• Good understanding of the SAP EHS property tree and data model
• Good Knowledge on REACH, GHS, TSCA and similar regulations in EU
• Good knowledge of IUCLID is required and Chesar would be a benefit
• Well versed with good documentation practices
• Good decision-making skills and analytical skills
• Good communication skills, experience with handling different global stakeholders/clients/customers.
• Good understanding of chemical regulations and product/substance classification
  Multitasker and Proficient in MS Office

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creation and submission of dossiers in IUCLID, have knowledge of IUCLID and REACH-IT, interpreting the spectral analysis
• Should be aware of documentation pertaining to dossier submission, should have knowledge of GHS, CLP
• Good knowledge/ awareness on toxicology and ecotoxicology, well versed with Chemical Regulation requirements particularly REACH
• Experience in Risk and exposure assessments as required per chemical regulations globally (EMEA, AP, LA, NA)
• Preparation of extended safety data sheet, compliance check of exposure scenario received from vendors, product stewardship reviews, and another risk/exposure assessments as part of chemicals registrations
• Understand the SDS, analyze and interpret the data available from different formats on REACH/ Chemical regulations. Well versed with good documentation practices
• Provide support to regulatory processes using data management tools SAP EH&S.
  Supports the implementation and continuous improvement of world-class, efficient hazard communication and product regulatory compliance data management systems and interfaces, as per existing legislative requirements or in response to changes.
• Works closely with global Regulatory and Stewardship team members
• Develops relationships with key customers to assure appropriate communication and responses are provided
• Provides timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinates actions, and help business in troubleshooting process/data issues.
