Department Industrial – Floor Coating
Reporting to N P Bendale
Location/Unit Technology, Turbhe
Qualifications
M. Sc Organic chemistry/B. Tech /M. Tech (Paint Technology) or M. Sc in polymer science
Previous Experience 2 – 3 Yrs.
- Hands-on experience in Floor coating
- Functional Competencies
- Good knowledge of chemistry/coatings
- Should be conversant with basic word & excel
- Hands-on experience on floor coating application and testing.
Behavioural Competencies
- Positive attitude to learn & work
- Good communication skills – Written & oral
- Hard-working
- Research oriented
Responsibilties:
- Should have basic knowledge on the significance of different paint ingredients, formulation designing, phr calculation, and batch processing
- Responsible for the processing of paint batches of Floor coatings formulation and testing as per various test methods.
- Should work independently with a different type of coating chemistry like epoxy, polyurethane, cementitious coatings, etc.
- Should have hands-on experience in Floor coating formulation design, application & testing.
- Knowledge on customer interface/ floor coating site execution & trouble shooting from a technical service point of view.
