The Analytical team delivers high-quality, reliable analytical testing results for R&D and stability samples. This position will involve daily laboratory testing of food products for one or more attributes.
The position requires the significant capability to carry out testing. Minimal laboratory skills include accurate weighing, pipetting, and quantitative transfer of solutions and samples; ability to work with care around hazardous compounds, preparation of solutions; calculation of results; evaluation of the quality of results; operation of common lab equipment; basic troubleshooting and maintenance of lab equipment.

Specific Job Experience or Skills Needed:
- Hands-on experience on Chromatography and Analytical instruments like HPLC and GC
- Hands-on experience in Wet Chemistry and Proximate analysis
