Job Title: Associate-QC
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Science or Pharmacy is required.
- A minimum of 0 to 3 years of experience in Pharmaceuticals is required.
Requirements of the job
- The incumbent to be available on shift.
- The incumbent who is able to operate with discretion and confidentiality about sensitive data
Duties & Responsibilities
Analysis
- Perform the analysis of water samples, Packing material, Medical device etc.. within lead time.
- Ensure that the analysis was performed as per the approved testing procedure.
- Performs other additional job-related duties as required.
Documentation
Preparation of SOP & STP as per the requirement.
Timely archival of executed documents.
QMS
- Involve in investigations of events.
- Participating in OOS & OOT investigation.
- Involve in the implementation of CAPA.
- Involve in internal and external audits.
HSE
- To identify, correct/promptly report unsafe conditions, behaviors, or potentially hazardous or near-miss situations.
- Ensure adherence to HSE procedures and appropriate PPE’s are donned during maintenance and handling of chemicals activities.
- Workplace Risk assessment and active participation in HSE training.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
- Basic knowledge on analytical instruments like KF, UV, conductivity meter and pH.
Strong interpersonal skills - Theoretical knowledge on guidelines like ICH and Pharmacopeias.
- Effectively maintain relationships with peers and direct reports.
- Act for Change: Embrace change and innovation and initiate new and improved ways of working.
- Cooperate Transversely: Collaborate effectively with peers, stakeholders and partners across the organization to positively impact business results.
Good written and communication skills.
