Eligibility Criteria:
BE / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, B. Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc or related science study streams. Minimum 2-3 years experience in R&D preferably Personal Care R&D Experience in processing scale-up & tech transfer is added advantage Good communication and presentation skills and ability to work with cross-functional/cultural teams are important skills for this job in addition to technical competence
Job Responsibilities:
- Product Development Innovations
- Work with TPL to deploy innovations & renovations for South Asia OTIF (on-time in-full)
- Conduct lab & pilot plant experiments for developing various hair product formats (shampoo, conditioner, oil, styling preparations)
- Conduct main plant trials and ensure robust technology transfer to factories
- Follow all R&D documentation systems for specification management and data management (PLM, SAP, formulation database updation)
- Support factories for technical inputs, FDA queries resolution & troubleshooting along with formulation lead for the project
- Support TPL in coordination with cross-functional teams to deliver the technical mix
- Generate ideas and support execution of demos for innovations
- Material – Savings & Simplification
- Conduct all experiments needed to validate alternate suppliers for raw materials & for formula optimization as per the annual savings program
- Provide ideas for simplification/saving based on observations and data mining
- Processing & Supply Chain support
- Work with the category processing lead to support processing-focused innovations and also conducted trials for factory efficiency improvement.
- Implement processing related savings & harmonization ideas
