Collection of complaints from all available sources to the Client. Provision of acknowledgment letters, management of corresponding’s with Client’s customers (In case of missing information provision of supplemental data and follow-ups with the customers), coordinating sample returns, obtaining of a Return Material Authorization (RMA), Receipt of Client’s closure letters and forwarding such to Client’s customer, translation (as applicable.
