Job Title: Chemist (32936)
Responsibilities
Sampling and Testing of RM,PM,INT & FP Materials
- Sampling and testing of Finished Product samples chemical and instrumentation analysis
- Analysis of IPC, INT, RM, FP Trading Products & Stability samples as per STP
- Control sample management, PSS Samples testing, Submitting samples to External Lab testing
Operation and Calibration of instruments
- Operation and Calibration of all Finished product instruments like analytical Balance, IR, UV, etc
- Qualification of Wstd & Reference standard management
- Physical verification of control samples,
Adherence to the STP`S AND SOP`S
- Compliance to EFFCI & Good Manufacturing & Laboratory practices
- Strict adherence to the STP`S and SOP`S without any data integrity issues.
- Initiate OOS and submit documents to QA within time limits
Performance dialogue – Improvement initiatives
- Daily participation in Performance Dialogue Board with team
- Implementation of 5S system in QC
- Support to Maintaining zone performance score for QC
Adherence to ESHA guidelines
- Wearting PPE in the workplace
- Reporting incidents, raising counts cards
- Attending training on Quality and safety guidelines
Requirements
- M.Sc. Organic/Analytical Chemistry/General Chemistry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Wet chemistry and Finished products testing and release.
- Working experience in Raw material, Inprocess and Finished, Stability, product testing, review and release. Handling of reserve samples management, Deviations, Work load planning, Electronic data management, QC Documentation, Familiar with the SAP Quality Modules.
- Qualification of Wstd & Reference standard management, Calibration if Analytical Instruments like UV, IR, MR Balance, etc.
