JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Performs most of the tasks independently in the lab and manages one significant or multiple projects which may require the use of sophisticated project planning techniques
• Should continuously learn new techniques and methodologies. Should provide alternate strategies
• Innovative
• Is responsible to ideate and initiate exploratory projects
• Develop clear goals/objectives
• May initiate new project concepts and develop technical proposals and make presentations to Management
• May review and analyze technical reports
