Job Title: QA-Internal Auditor
Location: India – Vizag
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in injectable facility
Preferred Qualification for Pfizer QA Internal Auditor : B. Pharm/ M. Pharm / M.Sc.
Job Description for Pfizer QA Internal Auditor :
- Responsible for Full life-cycle of internal audit program(Scheduling, planning and supporting) ensuring site compliance with all appropriate regulations and standards
- Evaluate corrective and preventive action (CAPA) responses to the audit findings for adequacy and timeliness
- Escalate issues to Group Lead – Internal Audit and Site Head – Quality Assurance as appropriate
- Write and maintain SOPs, audit reports, audit schedules/plans, and other documentation as required related to internal audit.
- Track and report metrics for all internal auditing activities
- Conduct Walkthrough`s as and when required.
- Participate in site inspections as appropriate
- Participate in the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Internal audit program
- Execute the inspectional Gap assessment and effectiveness check as appropriate
- Additional responsibilities given by Manager /Head Compliance Quality
