Job Title: Quality Executive

Location of Work:- Bangalore

Experience:  3 – 5 Years work experience

Job description:-

• should Plan day to day Activities to the team guys & organizing training wherever required.
• Handling of Finished Products , Intermediates bulk finished, Raw material & Packing material, stability samples, Purified water, potable water, raw water.
• Proper Documentation to comply all the requirements of CGMP.
• Should have knowledge on quality systems like SOPs, guidelines.
• Should have handled OOS, OOT and Lab error (Deviation).
• Review the Sampling of Finished Products & intermediates.
• Environmental Monitoring by Settle plate & Air sampler method.
• Handling of OOS, OOT and Lab error (Deviation).
• Handling of Calibration for analytical Instruments (i.e., HPLC, balance, pipette.
• System implementation as per regulatory requirement.
• Preparation of SOPs and implement the SOPs.
• Review and finalizing the report for Process validation, Method validation, and Cleaning Validation.
• should have faced the Audit for MHRA, FDA, and Internal customer audits.
• Knowledge in Current GLP/GMP
• IPQA activities
• Documentation
