Latest Govt Pharmacist Recruitment. Kolkata City NUHM Society will engage Pharmacist under National Urban Health Mission (NUHM), purely on contractual and to be posted at Urban Primary Health Centers (UPHC) of different Boroughs under KM C. Applications are Invited for engagement of Pharmacists on contractual basis. Check out all the details on the same below:

Job Title: Pharmacist

Eligibility: XII Science pass with Bachelor in Pharmacy from the recognized institution from Pharmacist Council of India and having registration from AP pharmacist council or IPC with proficiency in the computer for data management

Nature of Appointment: Purely Contractual

Age: 18 to below 40 years

Term of Service: 1 (one) year or financial year-end, whichever is earlier

Salary: Consolidated remuneration of Rs. 20,000/ – per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Receipt of medicine s/ consignments of SWH as per Nodal Officer Procurement.
  To issue medicines /ME /M.S to district and health facilities
• To maintain stock/ issue ledger in hard copy/register along with DVDMS online.
• To follow the terms & condition s of the procurement system and policies as per notification.
• To assist NO (Proc) and NO DVDMS in all related office work of procurement & DVDMS .
• To keep a vigil on DVDMS dashboard, the shortage, expire, demands complain from various OMS / HF and intimate NO.DVDMS /Procurement accordingly.
• To c-operate various verifications board and send drug sample for the quality test to DI in the format as required.
• To initiate condemnation of expiring drug as per govt.norms/rules

Posting: Within the jurisdiction of State of Arunachal Pradesh

Extension of Service: Based on the recommendation of the Performance Appraisal Board

Selection Procedure:

Selection will be done on merit, practical examination. The application will be first shortlisted on the basis of marks obtained in final qualification (highest basic qualification). Shortlisted candidates will be called in 1:10 ratio that is for one declared post 10 candidates will be called for the practical test. In Computer Test which will count as practical candidates have to obtain at least 50% marks to qualify for the post.
