Job Title: TEAM MEMBER- FORMULATION TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER (STERILES)
Location: Indore
Eligibility: B Pharma, M Pharma
Experience: 2 – 5 Years
Job Description
- Carrying out manufacturing and analytical investigation of recurring batch failures or
market complaints of a product in a systematic manner using investigational tools and methods. - Analysis of data review and trending to understand product behaviour.
To monitor, review and analyse Quality metrics trends for products along with relevant stakeholders to identify early warnings in a proactive manner and to propose Correct CAPA. - To help in writing detailed investigation reports with appropriate recommendations &
CAPA. - To plan and carry out trials based on requirement and FMEA to identify probable root causes and analyse those root causes.
- To ensure cGMP practices during batch execution operations.
- To help in process enhancements viz-a-viz Improving process capabilities, yields,
robustness & Quality. - Process enhancements & Improving process capabilities, yields, robustness & quality.
- Focusing on various unit operations (equipment) for achieving better efficiencies and
performance. - Process validation and pre-validation batch documents preparation and execution.
- Preparation of continued process verification reports and review of APQRs.
