Eligibility: B.E/ B.Tech
Experience: 6 to 10 years
Experience Required
- Instrumental in launch of new products /BD
- Project Management Experience worked in Stage Gate module for managing projects related to new / existing products in plant
- Experience in handling Market Complaints, Customer Audits
- Experience in handling cross-functional teams of R&D, Production, QA, Supply Chain to meet customer deadlines and targets
- Business Analysis and Market research experience
- Prior Experience of having worked in a batch process plant preferred
- Exposure of Financial Reports
Skills Required:
- Strong Techno-Commercial background with good quantitative and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle diverse teams and manage conflictsDemonstrated commitment to
- timelines for projects
- Good Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint, MS Projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination with R&D, Design, Manufacturing and Supply Chain team for new product development,
- scale up, plant fitment and commissioning
- Complete project management for new products as per agreed timelines
- Support to sales team in business development of existing as well as new products
