Position: Sr.Research Associate
Required Experience and Qualification: M.Pharma(1-3 years)/ M.Sc.(3-6 years)
Job Location: Bangalore
Job Description:
- Formulation development of protein formulations.
- Understand technical instructions and execute Formulation development experiments.
- Analyse and interpret data. Discuss with Team Leader and other team members to assist in deciding action plans.
- Update the Team Leader, Group Leader, Department Head, Project Leader and Program
- Management Coordinator and help monitor the progress of the project against established timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Should be able to draft experimental protocol and getting it reviewed by the team lead.
- Execution of laboratory experiments and documenting them in details in laboratory notebook and in soft copies.
- Forecasting of material required in a given project where he has been assigned a role.
- General lab maintenance and inventory management.
- Overall, knowledge of formulation development for protein molecules (liquid and lyophilized formulations) is must.
- The preferred candidate should have worked on recombinant protein, mAb and/or non-mAb protein, vaccines.
- Should be conversant with interpretation of analytical and stability data (e.g. proteins).
- Good understanding of container closure systems and drug delivery systems for protein therapeutics
- Adequate knowhow of stability relevant ICH guidelines and pharmacopoeial chapters
- Knowledge on DOE based formulation development is preferred.
- Possess good writing skill and have involved in writing at least one developmental report.
- Should be proficient in MS office tools.
