The Senior Specialist is responsible for review and approval of documents related to Manufacturing, Quality control, MSAT & Validations. Partially/fully independent for managing and coordinating all quality functions within the area. This individual must also work with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
- Partially/fully independent, reviews critical change controls and protocols, trains others.
- Responsible for review & approval of documents as per current regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and allocation of activities to the team for timely and effective review.
- Assessment, approval & closure of change control related to Quality operations.
- Conducting change control review board (CCRB) meeting with cross-functional team to assess the change before initiation in gQTS and present the critical change controls to the leadership team for it is adequacy.
- Coordinating with CFT for addressing & resolving of Review Comments for timely Closure.
- Review & approval of SOPs, Technology transfer documents (TTP), Master Manufacturing records (MMR) , Quality Risk Management (QRM) , Process validation (PV) , cleaning validation (CV), Method validation, Filter validation protocols & reports
- Providing necessary support to the technology transfer projects
- Support to RA in review and approval of CTD sections.
- Ensure manufacturing policies, procedures conform to Pfizer
- Report any non-compliance to the Manager
- Experience in handling regulatory, corporate and internal auditors/ inspectors.
