Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Description:
- Supervision of manufacturing process & maintaining good hygienic conditions.
- Production feedback to Executive/Sr. Executive/Production Manager.
- Monitoring of process (Dispensing, Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule and packing Activity).
- Operation, Cleaning, and maintenance of process equipments (Granulation, Compression, Coating, Capsule and packing Activity).
- Area wise manpower allocation & to ensure that the required initial and continuing training of other department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need
- To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the required quality
- To check in process parameter online and record parameter in BMR and logbook.
- To check the maintenance of his department, premises, and equipment & maintaining safety measure in the working area.
- Monitoring of waste disposal generated in production.
- Checking area and intimation for line clearance to QA before the start of activities
- Ensure usage of proper PPE during activities & monitoring compliance to GMP in working place.
- To know and understand the entire SOP related to the individual area, machines and cleaning procedure.
- Completion of documents like BMRs, Log books and other related documents.
- To raise Batch details intimations to packing for stereo procurement.
- Perform the AQL in presence of QA and give the reconciliation sheet to packing.
- To raise finished product intimations to QA & to be involved in QMS activities.
- Preparation and revision of SOPs and BMRs and completion of other records.
- To support validation and Qualification activities.
Salary: INR 5,00,000 – 8,00,000 P.A.
