Job Title: Senior Officer Quality Control/Senior Chemist

Work Location: Bahadurgarh

Eligibility: BSc Chemistry/MSc Chemistry

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Salary: INR 3,00,000 – 6,00,000 P.A.

• Checking the Quality of Finished Product, Batch Formulation, and Batch Card
• Responsibility of QC Work Raw Material, Finished Product and Other QC Relative Activity. Administration and Training to Chemist and Educate them.
• Making the Certificate of Raw Material Received From Vender and Finished Product from Formulation.
• Signe The Raw Material Invoice As QC Approved.
• Assist The Production Team To Achieve The Production Target.
• BIS Documentation.
• Hazardous Waste Documentation.
• ISO 9001, 14001, 18001 Documentation.
• Analysis of raw material and finish goods as per BIS & FAO specification.
• Operate SAP software.
• Preparation new standard testing procedure.
• Preparation standard operating procedure for laboratory instrument.
• Calibration of laboratory instrument.
• Maintain record as per ISO & GMP.
• New method development.
• Preparation of samples as per the requirement of export department and their analysis.
• Preparation of volumetric solution and their standardization.
• Sampling of raw material & in process formulation.
• Responsible To Give 100% Accuracy In Lab Testing.
• Responsible For RM, PM, FG Acceptable or Rejected.
• Responsible For Calibration of All Instruments.
• Responsible For Customer Audit in Lab.
• Responsible For Maintenance of Instruments & Arrangement of All Lab Chemicals
