Job Description:
Monitor and supervise the operation of DM Plant. Responsible for safe, continuous and efficient operation of DM Plant, ETP Plant, RO Plant and testing of Boiler water, coal and ash quality parameter in order to keep the availability of DM Plant in the shift.
Assist superior in implementation and maintaining ISO system and WCM systems in DM Plant for the improvement of quality standards and productivity. Reduction in Raw water and DM Plant chemical consumption by optimizing process parameter and taking new strategic projects/efficiency Improvement and Reduction in TPP generation cost by optimizing DM water production cost. Maintain all environmental norms given for operating Thermal Power plant.
