– Experience in practicing GMP, safety and environment procedures, the operation of equipment like reactor/centrifuge/dryers etc., and following cleaning, preventive maintenance, and calibration schedule.
– Sound technical knowledge in unit operation and unit processes
– Ability to meet production requirements like raw material, batch and manpower planning
