Qualification:
B.pharma graduate or MBA Operations Management Prior experience in Pharma company will be preferred.
Relevant Experience:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in solvents procurement/, supply chain or leading cross-functional programs, procurement for pharmaceutical,
- Excellent communication skills spoken & written
- Experience on working with SAP
Job Description:
- Floating asks for quotes, negotiating with providers and following proper authorization approval.
- Co-ordinating with providers for your Bond deal records done for majority solvents & providing the ex-bond directions to the provider.
- Keeping up the stock inside the criteria to prevent stock out situations at each of the crops.
Organizing Logistics & communication tanker details together with the unit. - Creating STO to get Ex-bond increased amounts and sharing the exact same to crops to lessen detention of tankers.
- Quarterly evaluation of bond substances with regard to left-out amounts with sellers.
Handling a broad spectrum of Commercial Actions including seller reconciliations. - Invoice processing & industrial actions of payments to providers.
Alternate Seller development. - increasing PO’s and providing the programs to fulfill delivery on time thinking about the lead time.
