Responsibilities:
Providing support/inputs to root cause analysis/corrective and preventive actions for quality issues/deviations
• Assisting the QA team in managing internal audits
• Assisting the QA team in hosting/managing client audits
• Ensuring Inspection Readiness of all client projects and activities to remain prepared for Pharmacovigilance regulatory authority inspections
• Involved in maintaining the Document Control system for locally developed procedures, work instructions etc.
• Liaising with the Project Manager/Quality Lead for projects to ensure that project activities meet with and integrate with the organizational requirements for quality management, as required/directed
• Providing advice to project teams on quality, as required
• Liaising/interacting with the clients to discuss QA activities, as required/directed
• Providing input into procedures/guidelines etc. as required/directed
• Maintaining a good working knowledge of drug safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Life Sciences (e.g. Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Genomics, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Biophysics etc.)
- Extensive experience in performing RCA & CAPAs
- Prior auditing experience / certification
- Computer proficiency, an ability to work with web-based applications, and proficiency in the use of MS Office suite (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
