Remuneration: INR 3,00,000 – 5,50,000 P.A.
Job Description:
- Should have in depth knowledge of all the equipments of granulation, compression, coating, wurster process and encapsulation.
- Should know the concept of scaling up the process from R&D to Pilot Plant to commercial level.
- Should be able to understand the variation in process and product due to man, machine, material and method.
- Should be able to anticipate the problem during development of formulation with respect to process and product attributes.
- Able to work in coordination with development scientist in R&D and PDL scientists at Plant.
- Should know the Regulatory Requirements with respect to documentation, process and product attributes.
- Able to review the technology transfer documents before transferring to manufacturing location.
- Should know the process of alternate vendor evaluation of API & Excipients.
- To execute the R&D trials for trouble shooting/ remediation/ tweaking of commercial products.
