Job Title: Assistant Manager
Salary: INR 5,00,000 – 10,00,000 P.A.
Job Description:
- Responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving processes, solving problems, and driving change management within the site.
- Help implement a culture of continuous improvement through “leading by example” and facilitating delivery of business impact/ results through facilitating/ training and coaching.
- Facilitate cost reduction/ value creation projects in terms of yield improvement, RM norm improvement, utility cost reductions etc.; identify new cost reduction opportunities year on year; facilitate project management involving all stakeholders; work closely with site team on data generation, validation, classification and analysis.
- Help in analyzing and monitoring norms, cost variance, key operational metric to ensure that they remain within budget. Liaison with site team and others functions/ business to get/ share weekly / monthly / quarterly report as per schedule & carry-out the primary analysis of data as per needs; participant in business & operational reviews
- Develop datasheet for equipment; float enquiry with vendor, coordinate hazop study, capex requisition, TBE validation, equipment commissioning, performance monitoring
