Job Description:
- Sample by instrument like HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, Calibration of PH meter, Balance, Melting point, Karl Fishcer, Inprocess samples & analysis.
- To maintain GLP & cGMP in QC.Finished products, intermediates, raw materials analysis.
- Handling process validation, Cleaning & Equipment Validation.
- Handling AHU/HVAC,DM Water and Utility qualification.
- Handling of cGMP training.
- Review and approve of qualification and validation data.
- Approve the packing list and dispatch advice in SCM.
- Handling trackwise software.DMS activity, QMS activity.
Daily production activity as per plan. - Budgeted yield, consumption norms and solvent recovery, production schedule as per plan, Manpower handling, Deviation handling, BPCR handling.Area of cost deduction.
Qualifications:
- UG:B.Sc – Chemistry
- PG:MS/M.Sc(Science) – Chemistry
