Job Description:
- To carry out the Analysis of Reactions Monitoring and Intermediate samples and Final compound analysis as per defined procedure by HPLC & LCMS
- To carry out method development of known/unknown New Chemical Entity (NCE) or New drug substance using HPLC & LCMS for novel compounds
- Communicate effectively the problem/observation and bottleneck in analysis to seniors and quickly resolve routine analytical problems.
- Interpret chromatographic data as well as Mass spectra of HPLC, UPLC, and LCMS with high level of proficiency.
- Maintaining the daily and weekly reports.
- To carry out Column Qualification, Column Washing and appropriate Maintenance/Care and their Storage
- To Ensure that Calibration, Maintenance and Troubleshooting of HPLC & LCMS as per defined procedure and timelines.
- Ensure and follow Documentation as per Good documentation Practice and Good laboratory Practices in analytical lab
- Ensure and follow all QA and Environmental, Health and Safety Norms practices
